The Frequentis critical control room solution, LifeX, is now available in the U.K. digital marketplace, having joined the G-Cloud 10 list of suppliers. The framework, provided by Crown Commercial Service, will allow the U.K. public sector increased and easier access to Frequentis capability.
The G-Cloud framework is an agreement between the government and cloud-based service suppliers, increasing the ease with which such supplier services can be accessed. G-Cloud employs filtering, consequently enabling users to choose a supplier that fits their specific business needs.
3020 LifeX is a future-oriented public-safety communications and collaboration platform designed to satisfy all the demands of a next-generation control room and for contact center multimedia handling. The solution has been selected by a number of customers already, including the U.K. Department of Health for the Ambulance Radio Program for its national requirement of nearly 700 concurrent users, making this system the largest unified communication system in the U.K.
